Foreign Police

In general, if you are a student coming from Schengen area and you are staying for less than 90 days. You do not need to apply for Temporary residence permit in Slovakia.

If you do not fulfil this requirement you will need to visit the Foreign police in Bratislava

Before you visit the Foreign Police you should book an appointment on the website of Ministry of Interior of Slovak Republic
